On Friday August 24th, 2012 to kick off the College Football Season, the B-52s descended upon Gulf Shores to a crowd of thousands.  Next up on the schedule is Pomona, CA on September the 7th.

The next leg of their annual tour brings them to California, Nevada, and a smattering of Colorado cities in who could use some good entertainment.

What: Annual race with bands performing along the route from CityScape to Tempe.

When: 7:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 15.

Where: Marathon starts at CityScape, 1 E. Washington St., Phoenix. Half-marathon starts at Mill Avenue and Third Street, Tempe.

Admission: All performances are free and open to the public.
